During this two-part class, Joseph Coffin will guide participants through the foundations of sound healing, offering a comprehensive introduction to both the theory and practice of this powerful modality. Students will explore how sound healing works on physical, emotional, and energetic levels, gaining an understanding of vibration, frequency, resonance, and their effects on the body and mind.

Price is $60 total for both classes.
