Using movement, breath and sound, Grief Relief Yoga provides the opportunity to transform the many difficult emotions of grief into courage, connection and love. Anyone who is experiencing grief, whether from the loss of a loved one, a beloved pet, a relationship, or a career, may benefit from this class. Instructor Jacalyn White is a certified Grief Yoga© teacher and has been teaching heart centered yoga classes since 2002. This is a free, drop-in class held at the The Card Room at Pacifica Community Center, 540 Crespi Drive. If you would like to do yoga on a mat, please bring your own. Otherwise, you are welcome to do yoga in a chair.
