Free Grief Relief Yoga Class

Note: Starting February, Friday class will be moving to Saturdays, still at 10 AM to 11 AM at Sharp Park Library. Using movement, breath and sound, Grief Relief Yoga provides the opportunity to transform the many difficult emotions of grief into courage, connection and love. Anyone who is experiencing grief, whether from the loss of a loved one, a beloved pet, a relationship, or a career, may benefit from this class. Instructor Jacalyn White is a certified Grief Yoga© teacher and has been teaching heart centered yoga classes since 2002. This is a drop-in class, no need to register. It is held at the Pacifica Sharp Park Library’s Community Room, 104 Hilton Way.
