For most people, the holidays are a happy time. For some of us, it’s an emotionally challenging and difficult time. There are many types of loss: including loss of a loved one, a cherished pet, a steady job, or one’s sense of self. Finding a community to talk about these losses can be part of the healing process. Dr. Cathy Rhee will create a safe space for us to come together and begin a discussion about how best to cope with the coming months.
